Our Founder & CEO Kumar Subramanian delivered the Revenue Management Concepts Workshop held on 09th& 10th September 2015 at the Holiday Inn Resort, Goa.

RevOpt certified more than 50 participants from Holiday Inn Resort, Goa including the owner, general management, sales and marketing, front office, reservations and revenue, food & beverage teams across the hotel and provided training materials.

The Revenue Management Workshop assisted in developing a unified culture, leveling the collective revenue management IQ and advancing the revenue team’s ability to drive better revenue.The training helped to define, build and grow the revenue management culture not only with those directly responsible for the day-to-day activities, but also with all key revenue stakeholders.

The training covered the key concepts, tactics, strategies that are required to postively impact and drive better revenues and the topic included Importance of Revenue Management, Market Segmentation, Pricing, Forecasting, Revenue Management Tactics, Channel Management, Strategt setting and implementation.
