It was a packed room with young and vibrant sales and marketing team and key stake holders of every hotel in the Residency Group of Hotels to review the half-yearly performance for the current financial year.

Our Founder & CEO Kumar Subramanian share the strategies going forward the remaining half-yearly of the financial year with his expertise and extensive experience delivering the success roadmap for the entire team.

He also covered some interesting areas of Todays Hotel E-commerce Environment and how sales and marketing should compete as professionals with ever evolving customer buying behaviour as today’s customers have more disposable income and enough choices than ever before.  He explained how to communicate the Value for the product or service offered and how important it is for hotel sales and marketing professionals.

He also covered how important is pricing and what are the different profit levers that can help improve the overall profitability for hotels.  The team was very engaging and super interactive throughout the session.
